NO, PERO WHY? One reply is not everyone’s consent. Quick cases One younger volunteer says the apology is fine. Another says it still leaves out what happened. The crew wants to announce that everyone has moved on. ONDA ASKS Did this person answer for themselves, or for everyone affected? TRY ONE RESPONSE Use the positive reply to close the issue. One person cannot settle how everyone else experienced the claim. TRY ANOTHER RESPONSE Thank them and leave room for other accounts and concrete repair. You can act on what you know without manufacturing group agreement. MAKE SOMETHING USEFUL Write an update that acknowledges different responses. TELL A FRIEND I appreciate that response. Other people may feel differently, and we still have a repair to carry out. Say it your way. Keep the supported meaning and the part you still need to check.
