Before your part ends, check what's finished against the original agreement. List anything still open and find someone who agrees to handle it. Don't assume the partner will pick it up. Leave usable files or instructions where the right people can find them, and ask whether they need a walk-through. Talk with the people involved about what helped and what was difficult. Describe the result honestly, including its limits, so the next group has something to learn from.
