Decide together what you want to make or do. Break it into a few jobs, and let each person agree to a part. Check what help or materials everyone needs. If you're inviting people, tell them when and where to come and what they can do. Keep the plan somewhere your group can find it. Leave time for an adult to help with anything you can't arrange on your own.

- What would someone need to know if we invited them to join us?
